WELCOME TO BEGINNER COURSE!
FIRST SESSION
Feel free to wear shorts and a T-shirt. As you progress, you might consider purchasing No-Gi gear, such as a rash guard, fighting shorts, and a Jiu-Jitsu Gi/Kimono. However, shorts and a T-shirt are perfectly acceptable for the beginner course. Please remember to bring a water bottle, a towel, and a change of clothes if you plan to shower after class.
For toilet use, bring your sandals or flip flops with you!
